Coventry Employment and Training Service provides the PIPS (individual placement support) employment service, supporting people experiencing severe mental illness into employment.
They also offer job retention service for people in employment who are at risk due to their mental illness, and are also part of the ESF funded Connect Me group of partners offering employment support to people with mental health issues in the city.
