Choices Education was formed in 2009 by Jocelyn Duncan who has battled with Bipolar Disorder throughout her life.
She wanted to help others learn from her experiences and hopefully avoid many of the pitfalls she encountered.
Therefore, after years of intensive study and research, she developed the Choices method which is now helping many people to manage their conditions and lead happier lives.
